Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We ship our products via reliable partners like Blue Dart, DHL, DTDC, FedEx, and more.

Packaging and costs will be charged extra according to the shipping destination.

Though every attempt is made to ship orders as quickly as possible, they generally take 24 business hours to process before shipping. If an order is placed after 12:00 p.m. Standard Time on Friday, then the order will not ship out until the following Monday. Overnight and Saturday delivery options are not available.


  • Economy: 7-10 business days.

  • Standard: 3-5 business days.

  • Immediate: 1-2 business days.



Currently, we work with FedEx courier services to ship to our international customers. Once you have created your shopping cart, choose the "international customers" button and you will be led through the system. International shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on your desired service level (International Economy or International Express), item type, quantity, the total weight of your order and the destination's postal code. Additional charges related to shipping, duties or tax are available at checkout for review before you complete your purchase.

International orders are subject to additional handling charges, higher shipping rates, and applicable customs, duties and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer. 

Return & Exchange Policy


Due to the number of different manufacturers we work with, all with their own returns policies, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product simply set up a return with us and then place a new order for the preferred item.

Replacement only within 7 days.

In order to help you resolve issues with your product, we may troubleshoot your product either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit.

If a defect is determined within the Returns Window, a replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost. If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 7 days of delivery, you will be directed to a brand service centre to resolve any subsequent issues.

In any case, only one replacement shall be provided.

Which products are non-returnable?

We would love to process every return that comes our way because we understand that a return can result from a simple mistake, change in diagnosis and more; however, due to health and safety concerns, we cannot take back everything.

Some items by their nature are simply non-returnable. In fact, some items will state in their description that they are non-returnable. Other non-returnable products are defined below:


  • Opened personal care items.

  • Oxygen concentrators (Find out if you're eligible for our buy-back program).

  • All clearance items.

  • Anything opened, used, or tried on.

  • Opened cases.

  • Bulk orders.

  • Health Smart Products

  • AirFree Products

  • Rapid Antigen test kits

We reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, or typographical errors in advertisements. Images on the site may not always reflect the actual product.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Provided you have followed the instructions from the Returns Department, and the policy above, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (7 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 to 7 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days.)
